Despatcher – North Shore, Auckland
 

We’re looking for an experienced Despatcher to join our busy North Shore site, working closely with one of our key customers in a fast-paced, embedded environment.

 

About the role

• Coordinate and manage a diverse fleet of vehicles

• Plan, allocate and monitor daily transport activities

• Act as the key liaison between drivers, site operations and the customer

• Respond to changing priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

• Ensure efficient, compliant and on-time service delivery

 

What we’re looking for

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be dealing directly with customers and drivers daily

• Solid working knowledge of transport and logistics operations

• Proven ability to stay organised and make decisions under pressure

• Experience in a busy despatch or fleet coordination role

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
